  • Blueberry simple syrup
  • Lime juice
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Sparkling water

How to Make a Blueberry Mojito Mocktail

  1. Muddle the mint and lime: In a glass, use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press fresh mint leaves with lime juice to release the oils.
  2. Add blueberry simple syrup: Stir in 2 tablespoons of homemade blueberry simple syrup for sweetness and antioxidants.
  3. Fill with ice: Add ice to fill the glass.
  4. Top with sparkling water: Pour in sparkling water for fizz. Stir gently to combine.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbs blueberry simple syrup
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 4-6 oz sparkling water
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • In a glass, gently muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice to release the essential oils (use the back of a spoon if you don’t have a muddler).
  • Add the blueberry syrup and mix well.
  • Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the sparkling water.
  • Stir gently to combine. Garnish with fresh blueberries, a slice of lime, or a mint sprig if desired.
