Isabella’s Hummus
2 Cans of Chickpeas (15 oz each)
½ cup Reserved Chickpea Liquid, plus 2 tbs
¼ cup Olive Oil
¼ cup Tahini
Juice of One Lemon
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Salt

Add ingredients in order listed to a food processor or blender.

Blend until smooth.

Serve with your favorite vegetables or crackers.
