  • For this smoothie recipe, you can use fresh or frozen banana. However, I recommend only using fresh carrots, not frozen, for the best taste.
  • You can use any variety of apple that you like. Some good options are Granny Smith, Pink Lady, or Gala.
  • Frozen mangoes are easiest to work with, and they also make your smoothie cold, without the need to add ice.
  • If you’re using unsweetened coconut milk, you may want to add a touch of raw honey for some extra sweetness. If your coconut milk is sweetened, you may not need to add honey.

Note: For the best and smoothest consistency, I recommend using a high speed blender, such as a Blendtec.

  • 1 cup coconut milk beverage
  • 1 banana
  • 2 carrots, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 small apple, roughly chopped

  • Blend on low speed for 20-30 seconds.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
