White Chocolate Peppermint Creamer

This homemade White Chocolate Peppermint Creamer is the perfect way to add a little festivity to your favorite coffee.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups half and half
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine half and half with sugar over medium-low heat.
  • Stir with a whisk to dissolve the sugar, about 2 minutes.
  • Add the white chocolate chips. Continue stirring over medium-low heat until the white chocolate chips are melted, about 3 minutes or so. Be careful not to let it boil.
  • Once the mixture is smooth, remove from the heat. Stir in peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and a tiny pinch of salt.
  • Let cool to room temperature, whisking occasionally as it cools.
  • Transfer to a glass bottle or jar with a lid, and store in the refrigerator.
  • Shake well before adding to your coffee, and enjoy!
