Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 1 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 4 oz Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water
  • Juice from 1/4 of a fresh lime
  • wedge of lime for garnish
  • ice

Instructions

  • Add ice to your favorite cocktail glass.
  • Add the gin, St-Germain, and tonic water.
  • Cut a lime into quarters, and squeeze one quarter of the lime into the glass.
  • Gently stir to combine, and garnish with a fresh wedge of lime.

Notes

  • If you don't have St-Germain Elderflower liqueur, you can simply leave it out. The measurements for the remaining ingredients still make a perfect gin and tonic.
  • Make sure to use high quality tonic water for this drink. It makes a huge difference in the taste! My favorite is Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water.
