Coquito Iced Latte

Ingredients

espresso

For the Coquito Base

oz
evaporated milk
4.5
oz
sweetened condensed milk
5
oz
cream of coconut
4
oz
coconut milk
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
1/4
tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
To Make the Coquito Base
In a blender, combine the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, and coconut milk. Add the cinnamon and vanilla.
Blend on high speed for 1 minute, or until thoroughly combined.
Pour into a separate container to keep in the fridge. Set aside while making the espresso.
To Make the Coquito Iced Latte
Brew one or two shots of espresso. Set aside.
Add ice to a tall glass.
Pour 2 oz (1/4 cup) of Coquito Base into the glass with ice.
Slowly add the espresso.
Stir to combine. Add additional coconut milk and top with whipped cream if desired. Enjoy!
